How does top-up work?

When do the participant's contacts appear?
Phone, e-mail and messengers are hidden until mutual confirmation of partnership. After confirmation, contacts are available to both participants in the profile and personal account.
How is a partnership created and when payment is debited?
Один учасник надсилає запит, а другий приймає або відхиляє його. До прийняття сума резервується, а остаточне списання виконується після підтвердження. Вартість з'єднання відображається до надсилання запиту.
What does "Verified Profile" mean?
Вона означає, що profile пройшла модерацію на заповненість і дотримання правил. Це не підтвердження особи, професійної кваліфікації чи фінансової надійності, тому важливі домовленості перевіряйте самостійно.
Can the admin read all messages?
No. Messages are automatically checked for prohibited content. Manual review is opened only after a complaint and only to the extent of the context necessary for its consideration.
How to complain about correspondence?
Open the desired chat and click "Report a chat". Select a reason and submit a complaint. The moderation team will review the attached piece of correspondence and make a decision.
How to steal an account and special data?
Use a unique password, don't share login codes, or send payment details to chat. Password and notification settings are available in your personal account.
