Stolen contacts
Contacts are hidden from visitors and other participants until mutual confirmation of partnership. Do not publish passwords, confirmation codes and payment details in the profile.
Chat privacy
Messages are automatically checked for prohibited content. The employee gets access to only the desired part of the correspondence after the complaint; there is no free viewing of all personal messages.
Complaints and manual review
You can complain about a specific chat. The limited context necessary for a decision is attached to the complaint. Depending on the results, warnings, access restrictions or blocking are possible.
Security of payments
The platform only provides for replenishment of the internal account; withdrawal of funds is not performed. Test transactions are always marked accordingly and are not real funds.
Account control
You can change the password and notification settings in the settings. To protect your account, use a unique password and do not share login codes with third parties.
